The Homestay Helper is a trading brand operated by THHELPER MANAGEMENT GROUP SDN. BHD. (SSM Registration No.: 202301049119 (1543033-A)), incorporated in Malaysia on 11 December 2023.

These terms apply to the use of this website and the initial enquiry process. Any ongoing Airbnb management engagement is governed by a separate Property Management Agreement signed with the owner.

Content is provided for general information about our services. Photos, performance figures, testimonials and case studies are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of future results.

Enquiries

Contacting us via enquiry form or WhatsApp does not create a management contract. Services commence only after a signed Property Management Agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Penang.
